Professional development is at the forefront of our approach and resources are available to staff in whatever role they are in. Our joint annual INSET day in November provides the opportunity for staff across our schools to meet and share best practice in teaching and learning as well as hear from external keynote speakers. We also attend and speak at a number of training conferences run by external organisations such as the GSA and HMC.
